There was a small display box containing the bracelet contained within a 12 x 4 x 7 outer box

The clasp has unscrewed once and fallen off but apart from that it seems ok

I can’t say if it works or not but i can say they were excellent about accepting returns because the bracelet was too big and kept falls off her ankle despite me measuring
