Pros

The extra 1/2 inch of thickness means a lot. The thickness is luxurious, almost memory foam level. The length is great and it is comfortable to use on my.

Meets all my expectations. Good quality exercise pad. No rips or tears on arrival.

Compact with carying handle, stores easily. Nice carrying handle with velcro for easy storage and carry. So far i haven't noticed any problems with its durability.

I'm 5'9 and can comfortably do push-ups without my feet overhanging. I do yoga on a varnished hardwood floor, and i'm not slipping. It's thick and soft, so it's perfect for working out at home over a softer surface.

Cons

The material is soft and comfortable but it doesn't last. It tears up easily if you roll it too tight and indents easily. The mat is not durable and split and creased after 2 uses. Looking for an alternate choice with more padding and wider.

The surface has many creases, and fold and pock marks. There are dented marks everywhere after half year usage. The durability is too much of an issue for me to recommend this product.

I recommend this product its very nice for the low price of 20

So this will definitely suffice for the price but it’s a little on the “sticky” side and the smell hasn’t dissipated after a few weeks
