This is a sturdy, big roller, significantly bigger than my regular rolling pin. It has adjustable measuring discs for the sides so you can roll out your dough to exactly the correct height. For small pieces of dough, it's great.



Cons

This looks lie a very clever kitchen gadget but it is flawed. Dough gets between the disks and the pin since they don't fit tightly together. After the dough gets rolled out once, the pin doesn't smooth it easily.

    She has bad arthritis in her hands and not only does this cut down on the amount of time for her to roll out cookie dough she has told me that her cookies bake evenly now because the roller does the job it’s supposed to rolls the dough to an even thickness
