Customer service for autel is a total freaking joke! I'm not being harsh by any means, this is just my opinion from my 3 different phone experiences with this company.
The difference is that harbor freight charges a 20% restock fee for returns. Do not buy this garbage. Please do not buy for toyota hiace.
It is an overpriced, lacking functions obdii scanner. If you need just a cheap scanner this is it. Harbor freight's cen-tech equivalent scanner, have the same problems.
It seams to download but always get an error message that the download can't be processed. The docs from the manufacturer are beyond vague (the pictographs from ikea are more instructive). Nobody there knows anything about their product obviously, and... Read More

Lots of scanners give you obd enhanced data but on the 519 you can select a single data line to show as a full screen graph albeit a digital graph that doesn’t update more than 23 times a second

It has been very annoying and has truly affected the performance of the vehicle to tow heavy trailers or even to comfortably drive without the truck feeling like its going to stumble and fall on its face
