Had bought a cheaper swivel at a local home improvement store but the swivel motion wasnt smooth enough too much friction so the swing strap around the tree limb just twisted around itself instead of the swivel rotating

I hung my homemade pinwheel tree from it and when the wind spins the pinwheels the propeller motion causes the pinwheel tree to rotate on its axis
