The first pair i received had some sort of moulding defect and therefore had some rough edges and wouldnt seal into my ears properly

If you use android you may be aware that some bluetooth devices work better than others

From my small amount of research it appears to be to do with the actual bluetooth software inside the headphones and how closely that software keeps to the bluetooth specifications
