The bads:1. Build quality is unparalleled. There are only 3 but they are just fine. Couldn't be happier.

The astro a50 has fantastic audio fidelity. The presets are just ok but the sound in general is quite impressive. They're very good at noise cancelling and enjoying party chats with your friends. They are a must have for anyone into gaming.

It's not the tightest fit on a headset, but you definitely feel it when you put them on. The cushioning feels great.

Cons

The power button is way too small and difficult to press. The headset needs a mute button. The part that you pull down for your mic is very loose.

The headset looks nice, but when i am very careful in handling it for fear it could break under its own weight. It's a total joke and this company is a disgrace.

When something says 'like new' when you place an order for it i expect to not see many chipped edges as if the product as been thoroughly used. I feel like this is an issue that should not happen anymore in consumer tech.
