Pros

The powder mixes well and is easy to blend, leaving no clumps or lumps. It tastes phenomenal, mixes without a single clump, and is smooth as can be. The lemon sorbet is great with a fruit smoothie.

Good quality and reasonably priced. Some say quite pricey, but why not spend some extra dollars for something that you can enjoy while it is also accurate with the effect of your gainz? Great value on the 4lb package. A few bucks go a long way.

Cons

Sodium and cholesterol levels are considerably higher than what is advertised. Even in the q&a section amazon cust service says it has monk fruit (not stevia) the tremendous, deep intestinal gas. It looks like the formula has changed.

It literally tastes like dirt mixed with cotton candy. Maybe it tastes better with milk or mixed into a smoothie. For sure not getting this again. This one isn't too sweet but i don't like the taste.

The the zip-close mechanism is defective and doesn't work at all. It takes a lot to get it to seal and even when you do its just barely sealed. Poor reseal on package.
