Cons

The product expires in exactly one month, december 2022! Both times were expired. Supplier always needs to verify expiration date. You get more then a couple weeks before it expires.

This corn meal has a bitter aftertaste. Made * cornbread. Slimy, gelatinous.

When you search for and order one thing and another one pops up but you can't see it how are you to know it’s not what you were searching for? Shame on you.

This is great for breadding fish hushpuppies and rolling out pizza dough

It’s not easy to make cornbread that isn’t dry course and crumbly

Seriously it tastes like it is right out of the field dried and ground

I find this ten times cheaper to use then to buy the premix stuff from walmart

I was very happy that the cornmeal is in a wellsealed package and tastes very fresh

I have been very pleased with the level of care arrowhead has instilled in preparing and packaging this product

The box came with 6 packages and i think i will have enough cornmeal to make cornbread for 6 months

I buy the 6 package box and store it in the freezer

It is less gritty than other manufacturers

I order it online and can get multiple packets of it for the price of one of other brands of gf cornmeal
