Pros

The interchangeable colored cotton balls allow for variety in both style (color) and function (oils) it's well packaged comes in a very nice cardboard jewelry box.

The pendant and clasp, to hold it closed, are high quality. It is just the right weight, that it hangs perfectly. Stainless steel is the only metal i don't tarnish.

Cons

The poofy colored balls are much smaller than expected. The clasp comes undone and the scented puffs fall out.
