For example this month a water heater randomly broke on the 10th floor and flooded 20 apartments below it causing a massive amount of damage to the tenants household goods and causing a huge issue

Normally i would say this is a rare occurrence but in january 2017 at around midnight two of the maintenance staff came into my apartment while i was sleeping when i awoke to find them in my kitchen they said they were checking to see if their was a water leak from a floor above

Next if you do chose to live here dont plan on having any friends drive to your place to hang out

There is no where for them to park unless you want to pay the desk attendant a daily fee so your friend can stop by to drop something off for 15 minutes

I was upset that this happened to my friend and i inquired with the desk attendant why they would be towed after only 15 minutes he didnt seem to care at all and just said that they have nothing to do with the tow company and they have a contract to tow wheneverwhenever they want in meridians garage

And meridian will only allow comcast in the building so your stuck with garbage internet service
