Pros
Water flow diverters/restricters/limiters in this allows *many options to the installer, simple choices as one may care for how to install it. Works good, has good spray. No leaks so far. The water pressure is great, very easy to install.
Showers for tall people are lovely. The different message sittings are great. I like this much better than the one it replaced.
Great question. Seems as it may, as much as the prior. Doesn't feel cheap. But that’s not a big deal. An excellent product.
Cons
One very annoying thing is it doesn't sit very well on the holder making the shower head fly up all the time no matter what we do. It cracked and leaked.
High pressure showerhead is like a nice guy -- they all claim to be, but the full-of-* quotient is high. After 3 months the shower leaks- water gushed from the bottom of the head. Water sprayed on the floor, child has concussion!

I replaced a fancy head from costco which was way more pricy
The upside to that is it is easier to keep clean than the expensive slinky type hose
