Pros
Well-made set of tools. Packs away in a small space. Perfect for roadside repair of automobile. Well thought out tool set for small engine repair.
A good choice for a secondhand tool kit. Well made and durable. It was delivered at an exceptionally good time.
Good for at home casual auto use. Tool quality is fair and the kit is compact easily stowed away.
Cons
The box is really cheap. The plastic feel and smells cheap too. It reads made in china everywhere. Needs to be lubed to function smoothly.
The latches on the case are cheap. The tools never stick in their places which is really annoying. Needle nose doesn't fit where it's supposed to go.
Missing parts. No pliers or electrical tester.

I know it is a pain but the set is more comprehensive than most i have looked at and the price is very right for what you get too

Also i realize this tool set doesnt have that common issue of all the tools falling from their slots every time you open it

Of course if you bang the case around hard enough some of the tools might come loose
