Pros
Only complaint is that my arm is a little bent. Good, sturdy, does the job fine for 29. Even supports my old heavy monitor that was bending my old monitor mount.
The clamp can be set to three different thickness. Can be used either as a clamp to a desk edge or secured through a hole in the desk. The clamp has an alligator like grip, nice and tight.
Mount and accessories are well packed and neatly stored. The arm is extremely high quality for the price. It's even packaged really well to avoid any damage to the product.
Adjusting the height and position can be a touch fussy compared to some other monitors. The arm has multiple ways to attach the vesa plate and it includes spacers.
Cons
The clamp part feels like its inevitable that it will fail someday by design. The bottom part of clamp is not fixed, it moves up and down the big screw. Luckily for me, my monitor is very thin and light at 2.

Only issue is the screws for the vesa mount that are included are way too big for the monitor theres extra space between the mount and screen so i need to make something to fill in the gap otherwise its very sketchy and unsturdy

If you only have 1 or 2 monitors this will never be an issue

I deal with ergonomic monitor mounts in the office a lot and have seen several that are good and several that just dont work
