Pros

This power bank performs really well from what i’ve tested so far. The new version is even better. This is the one that https://www. Anker.

The cord is short and it feels well built and durable. It charges my phone the same rate as other battery packs. Holds charge for very long time.

It's a bit on the heavy side, so it does add a bit of extra weight to my backpack. It's very nicely packaged. I like the pink and it traveled well.

Cons

The customer support process is setup in an arduous and complicated manner that is intended to exhaust the customer to the point of giving up trying. This is really disappointing.

My old ravpower one, despite being largely used-up, holds more oomph than this does. Takes a longgggggg time to charge. I appreciate the double usb c connectors, but it's disappointing this large bank will only charge my pixel 7 up to 1.
