I was using just once a day about 1 2 hrs before training and i lost 4 45 kg in 2 weeks
I stopped to use after 2 weeks as i finish my training and i do not want to use it when not training
Keeping the doses at least 5 hours apart prevents an accumulative effect which made me feel a little scatty and panicked
