I know you can buy premade magnesium oil but i saw someone make it themselves with this product so i wanted to give it a try since it would be significantly less expensive

We spray it on our feet because it does tinglesting a little if we spray it elsewhere on our bodies but i read that that means youre magnesium deficient

The only thing i will say that i dont love about this product is that it leave a weird like film texture on your skin
