Pros

This product is 100% the best for immediate and effective tooth/gum pain relief. I have a cracked tooth, and sometimes i wake up in the night due to grinding my teeth and the pain is unbearable. This stuff is terrific for a toothache!

It completely numbs the sore. I get canker sores frequently and they can sometimes be quite bad.

Cons

This product is made in china. There's no where the word of china is on the item's page. Advertsing. Com does not mention that the product is not made in italy. The product will not be delivered to your customer's door.
