Pros

Fixed or hand-held shower head is great. Shampoo and conditioner comes out fast and easily. Can adjust hardness of spray.

The unit is heavier and solidly built. It looks like real metal even though it is light weight and most likely metal covered plastic but the finish is very elegant. The hose is very flexible and made of metal, not plastic.

Super happy with this. Looks very nice. Highly recommended. It's that good! Good product. Beautiful and works well.

Cons

Water pressure is okay at best, leaks everywhere. It's not my house pressure because it's between 80-100 lbs which is higher than it's supposed to be. It leaks in three spots.

Went from liking it to hating it in short order. Wifey hates it and i'm not so fond either!

It's virtually unusable now. The 3 choices in-between are all not strong enough to wash the shampoo out of my very thin hair. That selection is now permanent due to broken selector knob.

Packaging/appearance

I bought the oilrubbed bronze version my favorite accoutrement color and it shows gold flecks in the paint unlike cheap delta equipment

I even removed the screen from shower head to allow more water flow

Competitiveness

Its easy to install has huge heads and better water dispensing options than the competition

We liked them enough to buy them again and they are very inexpensive compared to comparable products
