I like that amazon is branding their own products and am happy to help them, in their quest to take over the world. The transparency code is really cool.

Vitamin k1 is found in many greens and grains. K2 lasts longer than k1. Unlike some k2 supplements, which use an artificial compound called mk-4, the mk-7 in this supplement is natural, derived from chick peas.

After taking 2 tablets each in the morning, afternoon and evening for 6 months my arteries are squeaky clean. It helps reduce the risk of vascular calcification. They seem to work well to help calcium get targeted toward bones where it is needed.

Cons

The k2 in this product is from india. Not taking it anymore.
