Pros

The capsules are easy to *, and structured in a form that would seem to make the ingredients more bio-available, as opposed to a compressed tablet form.

One serving is three capsules daily and provides 750 mg of calcium as lithothamnion from marine algae. Iu of vitamin d2 as ergocalciferol from cultured yeast and 50 mg of magnesium as lithothsamnion.

Excellent product. Pricing is also unbeatable. Gave these to my grandma as a gift.

The amazon elements calcium complex seems like a quality vitamin. The extra information about the inactive ingredients is something all vitamin brands should be doing. My only complaint is that these do not include zinc.

Cons

Calcium carbonate (algae calcium) is almost unabsorbable. I try to wash them down with big gulps of liquid but sometimes they still get uncomfortably stuck deep in my *. Very deceiving when comparing prices.
