Taking this product has resulted in continuing weight loss 12 lbs per week 18 lbs total after approx 10 weeks decreased blood pressure 10 points down for both diastolic and systolic after 4 weeks and at least 90 reduction in chronic pain within 2 weeks although i still have spinal stenosis scoliosis degenerative disc disease and arthritis to boot i cannot take any form of pain medication
