I have yet to mount this but the quality seems great and price is right

I will probably replace velcro fastener with a better snap style but other than that a great product at a fair price

I had to install rails to the floor cross supports in order to mount the ladder as the ladder is smaller than the span

I docked the product by one star because no mounting hardware was included

It would have gotten 5 stars if there was just even a half an inch more room between the bracket and the retracted ladder for fasteners

It needs to be considered by the manufacturer that if one is to mount this to an extended platform the bolt should go from top to bottom so the smooth head of a screw is on the platform and the screw and nut is below

When the ladder is closed the steps stick out about 2 so its not flush with the platform
