Pros

Eating these daily has helped me avoid lice. We recently had an infestation in our household, and i was the only one that didn't get them. Mix with peppermint for super fresh breath.

H10 is individually wrapped for freshness. It is an indispensable part of my life and i hope they never stop making them. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

Mars wrigley makes altoids, but these were just off-putting to taste. It is like they took the peppermints and layered the spearmint on top.
