The screen is very dim. In any sun it becomes almost useless. No setting in android auto or the unit makes the brightness better. The sound isn't all that great, even after spending quite a while in the eq settings.

Looks great and makes the car interior feellook more modern also installed backup camera which works great only 34issue34 i have with the backup camera is after switching from reverse back to park or drive the music stops from any source except the radio and i have to press play again not a big deal just a minor annoyance maybe its a safety thing

I tried a few random usb cables i had and some of them did not work for android auto

There is a firmware update for this unit which you download from alpines website and put it on a usb drive then plug it in to the usb on the unit to do the update
