    I suspect this comes from the sodium bicarbonate that has been added which in combination with the apple cider vinegar creates a chemical reaction that mimics the fizziness created during the fermentation of bottled kombucha

    This is not something i would purchase for daily use because financially it is not within my budget and i could purchase already brewed kombucha at this price

    While the flavor is not awful it is strong and does not call to mind lemon or ginger only apple cider vinegar
