Pros
This fireproof bag is also waterproof. The zipper works well, and the bag also closes with velcro across the top flap for a tight seal. You get an instruction paper with it that tells you how to set your password.
Cons
Shoddily made. Edges were not even completely attached. One edge was missing.

So far i have not noticed any negative side effects like that while using this product
I like this product as opposed to a safe
I did not test for waterproof nor did i mess with the locking system
I have no way to test how fireproof it is however without possibly causing damage to the product
Price
I am only trying to keep my family photos safe from disaster without the price of a metal safe

It does zip shut with a lock for the zippers

However i would not feel that it would really secure documents as they could still tear zipper open or cut into it

The bag itself has almost a rubber coating to it which i believe would make it very water resistant

One other sidenote most fire proof bags are made of fiberglass and leave my skin itching after i use it
