Half insoles help cushion the heel, while supporting the arch. Can put them in any of my shoes without cramping my toe box. They give great support and, because non of those no-show socks will stay on my feet, i wear them with no socks.

This insole has a pretty significant arch support which might be too might for some but it is perfect for me. My other narrower shoes cause the insole to slide a lot more.

These are a lifesaver. They are exactly the same as i got from my podiatrist for $30 less. Since our walmart doesn't always have them in stock, i ordered them from here instead.

Heel is too bouncy and too thick which is destabilizing. My toes still feel cramped with this.

Arch illusion is a thin piece of bowed upwards plastic that bends with the slightest weight. Then there's a slight amount of padding where that actual support should be.
