Items came and the boxes were poorly taped together which as a result gave little structural support

New one was sent and the tube it came in didnt have a plastic end and instead was closed by a few pieces of packing tape

When opened i discovered that the product was removed from the plastic sleeve it was supposed to come in and had enough scuffs on it that im fairly confident it was a customer return or was scuffed during shipping
