Quality
With the led im running my exhaust on the lowest setting much quieter and my temps have topped at 77 so far
I called customer service for an hypothetical warranty question not related to any quality or defect present and these guys are great
There is a slight lump on the edge of the product
Fantastic almost unbelievable growth and yield although i wish they were more upfront with the coverage area
Shipping
I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement light next day shipping at no cost to me
Mine arrived a bit dented from shipping but my plants cant tell
Packaging/appearance
I will only recommend it to the firm that they have to make the packaging method a little more robust
Man easy setup right out of the box plugged it in all led diodes working
On closer inspection the brackets were busted and the fan sitting on top of the heatsync
Competitiveness
Built a light mover system to provide full coverage in my 4x8 tent
I have found for my installation that they had to go significantly higher than recommended
I have tried several types of less expensive led fixtures by the competition and discovered that there is no contest
Very low heat and runs on less than half the power

When you go into real light after being under these the colors all look dull and grey so you know you just did some hard core damage
