Pros

They fit snug (with thin socks) which only helps increase the feel of the shoe contacting the pedal and making my pedaling more efficient. The sizing is accurate to what you wear normally, and can even pull my pedals up when i want to. A bit snug but ...  Read More

It definitely protects your toes and the sides of your feet. It just grabs the pins and holds right where you plant down. Also has a reinforced toe to help protect against rocks, branches, etc.

These shoes are outstanding. Well made, very solid construction. Very happy with this shoe.

I have no doubt these will hold up against wear and tear. They are a bit pricey so i keep my eyes open for sales. All my other cycling shoes are 45 for 11 and 44.

It's heavier and less stiff. It has fat, oversized laces and a thick padded tongue. It's less padded, has normal laces, a stiffer sole.

Cons

Time to find a new mtb shoe. Turns out they swapped the sole spec from s1 to marathon rubber in the primeblue model. To me, this product wreaks of a manufacturer that is banking on its powerful brand, while also lowering quality.

Quality

So far i am pleased with the purchase

The quality is very good for a bike shoe

Be prepared to either size down or buy a higher quality insole to take up some of the volume

I to them on their maiden voyage today and there are super grippy with the pedals i bought

Price

These shoes are well made and well worth the price

Packaging/appearance

Comfortable right out of the box no break in fits as expected

Right out of the box these shoes were comfortable and plenty of room for my toes

Competitiveness

And the grip my goodness the grip is perfect for those who ride with clipless pedals or just want more grip when sending it downhill

I normally use the five ten clipless shoes and crank brothers pedals but wanted to try flats for the bike park
