Pros

The tubing is much more lightweight without taking away from the quality of the product. It performs just as well as my colleague's littmans. Same sound quality as littman at half the price.

The sounds are very clear and it rids of a lot of background noise just like my old one. It is lighter and less bulky than my littemann and the sound quality is just as good. It's lightweight enough for me and will serve my purposes as a cma well.

Cons

Littman stethoscope has awful weight distribution. One end is very light while the other end is significantly heavier. Stethoscope is useless even in the quietest environment.

I regret it vey much. I'm infuriated. Buyer beware, item is nonreturnable.

Chances are i will return this item. It say lifetime warranty but no information provided on where or whom to contact for refund or replacement. The fact that it cannot be returned is a huge bummer. And worse, it is not returnable!
