At first the android app’ wouldn’t work for me at all but an update to the app has fixed the issues so if you struggle with android make sure you’re using the latest version of the app

When you run the app on your smartphone it should find and pair with your tracker and then you can change how the display looks and works switch between vertical or horizontal change the font switch on autolight turns the display on automatically as you raise your wrist to look at the time set alarms and sleep time to silence the band switch on antilost functions which alerts you if the connection to the smartphone is lost and set up notifications

The notifications feature is one of the best ideas here it means that in theory the band will buzz and alert you to an incoming call text message or email on your smartphone

Of course you can’t take the call or reply to the text from the band but you will at least know that the call or message has arrived

The display on the tracker also displays the name of the caller or the number if it’s not one of your contacts and it displays the first few words of the message or email

However this isn’t as useful as it could be because the display only shows a very brief snippet of the text message and then only stays lit for about 4 seconds at a time which is only enough time for you to be alerted by the vibration of the incoming message then to raise your arm to check the display and start reading the message just as it switches off again
