The scale is easy to use and pretty accurate but you have to look for and remove some styrofoam packaging under the weighing surface not the flip lid before using otherwise results are inaccurate

Only disadvantage is having to flip up the top lid to use it which on larger items means the digital readout is obscured unless the instructions arent correct and you can actually use with the flip up lid in the downclosed position
