This is very easy to install into my shelving unit where i have my playstation 3. There were 2 different mounting screw options included, machine screws and nuts and wood screws. Need to be a bit handy to install it but well worth the time.
Fans automatically power cycle with the amplifier. Comes with separate power adapters but they have usb power plugs. Being able to daisy chain the fans is a very nice feature which allows you to use only one usb power supply.
Fan works perfectly as i hoped. Works great.

Plugged ito the usb port on my ps3 and now when i turn it on to use it the fan comes on automatically keeping the back cool in the small shelf pocket its in

I installed a large inverter in a locker in my rv i plugged the fan into the usb port on the inverter it comes on when i trigger the inverter
