Pros

Knee swells even when wearing a brace, but i can control the swelling and discomfort with this product. It wraps around foot really well. Stays pliable and is a great size.

In most freezers, it retains the gel-y shape. I just microwave it for 10-20 seconds and it thaws back to normal. This molds easily to where i want iced even though it's frozen. My favorite ice pack for icing.

I have some that are 10 yrs old and still using them. Would buy again. Highly recommend. I want one just like the one that broke.

Cons

Will be used in my picnic basket only. No directions for use are not printed on the pack. Gel dimension is not what counts.

Gel leaks everywhere, your freezer, your skin. The gel gets weird with repeated freezing. Now i keep getting little balled up pieces of sticker in my freezer.
