Pros
The quality is unreal! Want to get calluses as fast as possible? Would recommend. It is exceptionally light without feeling cheap. The charging dock is excellent.
Hall effect sensors means that i can set the deadzone to 0 and still not have to worry about gyro drift or accuracy. I come from a xbox elite 2 and that thing was hefty and angled right. Works well with switch.

The switch requires bluetooth connectivity and the pc uses the 2

Unfortunately ive had some issues with the right trigger out of the box it seems to rub against something when getting pushed down depending on which part of the trigger i push down on and it squeaks a little
