Pros

Bulbs arrived as promised, installed it in my tv and boom, it works like it's brand new. Replacing the original bulb did the trick - no dimness or flashing colors. Hope it lasts as long as the last one.

Would highly recommend. Also spoke with a major distributor to get fully convinced to buy this bulb.

Ordered this bulb to replace an osram 69440 bulb installed by an unscrupulous repairman. Replacing the bulb was easy, just took some care and thinking to remove the old bulb and sweep out some shattered glass.

This bulb fits and works perfectly fine as a genuine, authentic osram product replacement.

Cons

This bulb shows all the markings of the original osram bulb, but either its a copycat or a blem. Problem is, it failed after only 3 months of service. Do not buy from this seller.

My set has been on 16 hours a day since june 2016 and edge to edge brightness is excellent still as of 121616

My picture quality is back to being a thing of beauty and hopefully this bulb lasts as long as the last one

Bought my mitsu 8234 back in march 2012 and december 2015 is when the lamp started noticeably dimming the picture

Finally after 6 lamps that didnt work i found one that does

While one source wrote the osram 69440 is interchangeable with osram 69788 only the 69788 works in my mitsubishi wd82840 tv
