Pros
Light brightens and dims at 9 levels. Warm, neutral and cool tones. The lighting has different brightness and temperature. The ring light makes my face much brighter which is perfect for zoom video's and interviews.
It holds my large i phonex easily. Only criticism is the adjustments required for heavier phones. When i put my heavy phone with a thick case into the holder, it holds it without falling.
Very sturdy. Light is very strong for its size. The clamp is solid. The goose necks are strong and work well.
Cons
The clip is sturdy but even with the phone case off, i found it was very hard to have the phone balanced. The bendable arm is not strong enough to hold the weight of my phone. The phone also slides very easily from the grip.

The arm to hold your phone is less than 14” so it didn’t suit my needs to record cooking videos from a top view of the cutting board

It’s over all string and sturdy except for right at the base where if you tilt it down too low it flops
