Space is tight and there’s always concerns about nicking or dents on the door when opening. It has a very sticky backing that i was able to pull off from wall and reposition.

Durable and well manufactured. Perfect for my elder father.

My wall is textured. Never have to worry about slamming my car doors against the wall ever again. My doors no longer get chipped from hitting the wall.

Cons

Every indentation in the foam looks to be permanent. I have to nailgun it to the wall if i want to use it, because it stops being sticky after a few weeks.
