It just states not to charge over 6 hours

Part of the reason it may not seem as bright is because his other headlamp has a zoom feature which this does not

He said when youre able to zoom and focus all the light on a specific spot it causes that area to seem brighter than if it were illuminated by a nonzoomable light simply shining in that general direction
