The main piece of advice i can offer is to be patient
My ibs has been giving me much less aggravation recently my heartburn is almost nonexistent and i have not had a bloated feeling once well maybe once after eating a particularly large chinese takeaway
Once you have found the above combination you need to make sure the tablet is in a gastroresistant capsule so it doesnt get digested in the stomach before it reaches the intended target
