The first three four packs arrived with the packaging damaged in shipping but the lights and their individual packaging appeared undamaged, one of the first six lights i installed had adark spot in it so i took a photo and e-mailed it to them with my complaint and three days later i received a replacement, four months laterone of the last two did not light at all and they sent me a replacement and a shipping label to return the bad light.  Read Less
