Pros
Great for icing my injured tail bone. Works great on a desk chair as it makes you sit up straight aligning your back.

Cons
I have sciatica and was hoping this would make travel in our truck less painful. Back feels unbalanced, head scrapes the roof of car. Cover is scratchy and uncomfortable.
It's dense and bumpy. The seat itself is of a very hard foam like dense styrofoam and uncomfortably shaped. No cushion, no molding to your bottom like memory foam is supposed to provide.
