Pros
Good quality stainless steel skimmer for frying. Did well in my dishwasher.
The handle is long enough that i wasn't dealing with droplets of oil splattering at me as i laid the donuts in to fry. The ergonomics are perfect for me. I haven't figured out how to airfry a donut, so oil and a spider it is.

Not overly heavy and the bottom of the spider will pull out my donuts without damaging them at all

Im just not sure what to make of a one piece handle being made of two types of stainless
