The best way i found to do this was using a plastic water bottle and cutting a hole in the top of the lid

Piezo gets installed between the lid and the bottle sandwiched between lid and bottle when you put the cap on

Bottle laid on its side results in water always on the back and a good stream of vapour coming out the front
