Everything i was looking for in a simple functional easy to install sound hole pickup
We both use sit p1254 acoustic guitar strings and the warmth of our acoustics comes through with the amplified signal
I mounted the pickup in the soundhole ran the shielded wire to the control assembly and then to the 14 inch output jack
Price
Pretty good pickup for an inexpensive option
Works great and much cheaper than buying at the guitar center
And at this price point theyre practically giving it away
For under 25 you can hardly go wrong

I arrived quickly was really easy to install and use
The unit is not shipped from usa but from china
Mine arrived in 11 calendar days not 2 to 5 business days
Thats still not too bad particularly for free shipping but its just not what they said

For what its worth the unit comes with a cute little plastic box that will just fit in the accessory compartment of most hard cases

I didnt like the fact that it was a pickup without controls and with an unmounted 14 inch inline jack this was an easy fix for this guitar technician

I used 500 kω audio taper potentiometers for the volume and tone controls with a 0

I made certain that the potentiometer cases were connected together and to the shield of the cable

Now also look at the rods in a single coal pickup and you will notice that this one looks similar to it with the rods staggered
