All you do is line them up with the spokes and snap them on
Price
I like that for a small price i am able to improve visibility of his bike when it gets dark
But for the low price i still think its a worthy buy
I received these at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review

The reflectors are very bright when illuminated and they stay on the bike without falling
