As for absorbency the long ones are great ive never had a leak whereas with the disposables id always always leak through

Prosnot worse than disposable pads and the price is good

I just throw them in the wash with my under ware load

I personally find that i dont even feel that this pad is there some people experience it moving around however i would find that normal as theres no adhesive keeping it in place

They do not leave a gap between pad wings and underwear so they slide around less
