Pros

Bob's products are fabulous! See their website. They love them! Good taste. Plus i like the decency in business that bob displayed.

I sift the flour for the muffins, not sure if it is necessary. But it still tastes good and i'm sure it's very nutritious.

Cons

It is not course at all. Not worth the extra money. Just like the whole ground flour at our local store.
